Neo4j is seeking a Program Manager of Technical Enablement to design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs for Field Engineering and partner audiences. This remote role emphasizes strategic program development and hands-on execution.

You will collaborate with Graph Academy, SMEs, and vendors to drive structured onboarding and continuous learning, ensuring curricula align with product evolution and technical strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical enablement, training, or curriculum development.
• Proven track record launching multi-persona enablement programs including partner audiences.
• Strong program/project management with stakeholder influence across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and improve onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs for field engineering and partner audiences.
• Translate curriculum into scalable program flows, prerequisites, assessments, and transitions.
• Own calendar, launches, iterations, and refreshes for internal and partner tracks.
