Job summary

Neo4j is seeking a Director of Field Engineering Strategy & Execution. This hybrid role partners with GTM Strategy & Execution and Global Field Engineering to scale pre-sales/SE operations, drive capacity planning, metricing, and enablement. You will design staffing, tooling, and processes to optimize revenue outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in field engineering/OPS with strong analytics and cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Field Engineering leadership, or GTM Strategy roles.
• Experience directly supporting an SE organization or field engineering
• Advanced data manipulation and self-serve analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount, capacity planning, and coverage models that align with pipeline and bookings targets.
• Define KPI framework and dashboards for leadership review.
• Translate GTM priorities into Field Engineering execution plans and annual planning.
