Job summary

Neura Market is seeking a Technical Enablement Lead to own onboarding and ongoing enablement for the GTM team. You will design sessions, materials, and assessments to ensure new hires ramp with fluency.

You will also build scalable, everboarding content and coach sellers on demo delivery, translating complex product details into practical, field-ready content. You will collaborate with product and product marketing to capture field feedback and drive continuous improvement, leveraging AI tools

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in technical enablement, solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical training, or similar.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training for technical and sales audiences.
• Comfortable translating technical details into practical enablement content.
• Hands-on experience using AI in work and evaluating its impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and run technical onboarding for new AEs and FDEs with sessions, materials, and assessments.
• Own ongoing enablement: product training, update briefings, and skill-building for real deal scenarios.
• Translate new platform capabilities into field-ready content and demo scenarios across industries.
• Coach technical sellers on demo delivery through practice sessions and office hours.
• Build and maintain a library of enablement content including demo guides and competitive positioning.
• Create scalable, self-service resources and demo environments to reduce live time.
