Neo4j, Inc. is seeking a Director, Field Engineering Strategy & Execution in San Mateo, CA. This leadership role drives strategic planning, capacity planning, and performance infrastructure for the Field Engineering organization, aligning with GTM strategy and revenue targets.

You will own headcount models, KPI frameworks, and cross-functional governance, partnering with Finance, RevOps, Sales, Product, and Enablement to scale the SE organization and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations, Field Engineering leadership, or GTM Strategy roles.
• 3+ years in enterprise B2B software or infrastructure/data software.

Responsibilities

• Headcount & capacity planning aligned to pipeline and bookings targets.
• Define and own KPI framework and dashboards for leadership.
• Translate GTM strategy into Field Engineering execution plans and annual planning.
• Own tech stack requirements and governance for SE processes; drive AI-enabled tooling adoption.
• Liaise across Global Field Engineering, GTM Strategy, Revenue Ops, Sales, Product, and Finance.
