Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Manager, Field Enablement to serve as the strategic link between the Field Learning Center of Excellence and field operations. You will ensure learning programs are deployed effectively, delivered consistently, and improved from feedback, supporting certifications, coaching, and professional development across customer and field environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in technical training or learning enablement.
• 3+ years leading training teams and capability initiatives.
• Experience with Train-the-Trainer and distributed learning environments.
• Strong curriculum deployment, certification programs, and performance support.
• Experience partnering with learning, operations, engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of new learning programs across field and customer environments, including onboarding and certification.
• Establish and maintain field learning readiness processes for successful launches.
• Define delivery standards and ensure consistency with curriculum objectives.
• Partner with Operations leaders to support capability development.
• Serve as the primary link between Learning COE and field execution teams.
• Analyze field feedback to drive curriculum improvements and innovation.
• Identify gaps and work with COE teams to address them.
• Develop scalable field enablement processes and best practices.
