A global customer experience specialist is seeking a Technical Support Agent to provide exceptional service while working from home in Charlotte, North Carolina. You'll help customers navigate their devices, troubleshoot problems, and resolve inquiries with professionalism. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable attendance during scheduled work shifts.
• Comfortable with a variety of shifts based on business needs.
• Experience in a technical support role or troubleshooting issues preferred.

Responsabilités
