Job summary

Vontier, through Driivz, seeks a Technical Customer Success Manager to own strategic, enterprise customer relationships and drive adoption across complex SaaS platforms. You will work with business and technical stakeholders, translating API and integration capabilities into measurable value.

You will guide roadmap discussions, manage escalations, and deliver training while collaborating with Product, R&D, Support, and Operations to ensure successful outcomes and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, or similar role in SaaS/tech.
• Experience owning large enterprise accounts and high-value ARR.
• Able to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with strategic enterprise customers and manage ARR.
• Serve as trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
• Understand objectives, environment, and success criteria to drive adoption and value.
• Lead business and technical reviews, roadmap discussions, and success planning.
• Drive retention, satisfaction, adoption, and growth; identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Driivz platform, APIs, integrations, and capabilities.
• Guide customers through API discussions, data flows, auth, and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, Operations to resolve challenges.
• Lead complex issues and escalations with clear ownership and follow-through.
• Deliver technical and functional training enabling customer use of Driivz.
• Identify knowledge gaps and improve training materials and enablement processes.
• Translate requirements back to Product/R&D as input.
