Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with strategic enterprise customers and drive adoption and growth.
• Act as trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead regular engagements: business reviews, technical reviews, roadmaps, success planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure outcomes.
• Deliver technical and functional training to customers and develop enablement materials.
