Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own relationships with strategic enterprise customers and maximize value from the Driivz platform. The role blends customer leadership, technical expertise, and business ownership to enable adoption, integration, and long-term growth.

The ideal candidate has enterprise account experience, strong API/technical acumen, and the ability to translate complex tech into measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within SaaS/technology.
• Proven experience owning and developing large enterprise accounts and high-value ARR.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and complex software platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, including large accounts with significant ARR.
• Act as trusted advisor and primary contact across business and technical stakeholders.
• Understand customer objectives, technical environments, and success criteria to drive adoption and value.
• Lead regular customer engagements: business reviews, technical reviews, roadmaps, and success planning.
• Drive retention, satisfaction, adoption, and growth; identify risks and opportunities.
