Job summary

Vontier is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own and develop relationships with strategic enterprise customers, focusing on adoption, integrations, and growth of the Driivz platform.

The ideal candidate will manage large ARR, work with APIs and complex SaaS environments, translate technical concepts into business value, and collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and Operations to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success or technical account management for SaaS/tech.
• Experience owning large enterprise accounts with high ARR.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading customer meetings, technical discussions, and trainings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex topics.
• Ability to independently manage multiple customers and escalations.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering/R&D, Support and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with strategic enterprise customers and ARR.
• Lead business and technical reviews, roadmap discussions, and success planning.
• Drive retention, adoption, and growth while identifying risks and opportunities.
• Guide customers through APIs, integrations, data flows, and authentication.
• Coordinate with Product, R&D, Support and Operations to resolve issues.
• Deliver technical and functional training to customer teams.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable input for Product and R&D.
