Job summary

Socure is seeking an employment marketing content professional to craft technical stories that attract top engineers. You will write engineering blogs, deep dives, architecture stories, and recruiting-facing copy, translating APIs and ML models into tangible challenges and opportunities.

You will own a content calendar, adapt stories across developer platforms and publications, and partner with recruiting and brand to align content with talent goals.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering, recruiting, employer brand, product marketing, and technical subject matter experts to find the strongest stories and get them ready for the right audiences.
Partner with design, social, and distribution teams to package and place content for reach, credibility, and candidate action.
Build a repeatable feedback loop with engineers so the content stays technically honest and genuinely representative of the work.
Edit and proofread content from other contributors, and help maintain Socure's content style guide.
Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and technical enablement while keeping human judgment central.
