Job summary

Socure seeks a Senior Tech Recruiter to identify and attract world-class engineers, QA, and designers. You will leverage AI-driven tools and dashboards, partnering with hiring leaders to scale our technical org while storytelling the Socure value proposition to passive talent.

As a data-driven partner, you will provide insights into funnel health and market trends, driving continuous improvement across the recruitment cycle and collaborating with the broader Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in full life-cycle technical recruitment for engineers, QA, and designers in high-growth SaaS.
• Proven track record as a technology-forward recruiter using AI tools and modern sourcing platforms.
• Excellent storytelling, marketing, and closing skills to engage top-tier talent.
• Ability to use data and dashboards to manage pipelines and advise leadership.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-obsessed mindset for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for Software Eng, QA, and technology roles.
• Leverage AI tools to identify and attract elite tech talent, build live dashboards, automate processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide real-time data on funnel health and progress.
• Act as storyteller/marketer to engage passive candidates and communicate Socure's value.
• Close candidates by presenting compelling career narratives and growth opportunities.
• Drive recruitment process improvements via data analysis.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on employer branding and ops initiatives.
