Job summary

Alkami Technology is seeking a Technical Consultant II to oversee the design, delivery, and execution of its enterprise banking software solutions. In a remote-first environment, you will build strong client relationships, lead technical discussions, and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure successful integrations.

You will engage in architecture discussions, drive project coordination, and stay current with banking tech trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
• 3+ years working with banking core systems (FIS, Fiserv, Jack Henry).
• Proficiency in SQL Server, C#, and ASP.NET is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with integrating third-party vendors and multi-tenant banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to define solution dependencies and transform business practices per software design.
• Identify technical challenges and propose improvements for client satisfaction and efficiency.
• Lead discovery sessions to refine software requirements post-contract.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve integration issues.
• Provide technical leadership and maintain knowledge resources for the team.
