Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing cloud-based systems with cross-functional teams.
• 2-5 years interfacing with external clients via multiple channels.
• 2+ years writing test cases and guiding clients on testing best practices.
• Ability to triage/troubleshoot software configurations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for video calls, Slack and email.
• General knowledge of software delivery processes and a desire to grow into more complex roles.
• Experience with Office productivity tools (Google/Microsoft).
• Strong organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and issue tickets with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist Technical Consultants with requirements gathering.
• Gather configuration data from third-party vendors and run meetings.
• Perform software configuration, testing, and training readiness activities.
• Conduct functional and integration testing and report progress.
• Escalate and communicate risks to stakeholders as needed.
• Become SME for at least three Alkami products and integrations.
• Maintain current product knowledge with new releases and enhancements.
• Support internal initiatives to improve team performance and outcomes.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
