Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Specialist II to help banks and credit unions configure and deploy our cloud platform. You will collect configuration data, test the setup, and guide users through their UAT experience with urgency and clarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing cloud-based systems with cross-functional teams.
• 2-5 years interfacing with external clients in a professional setting.
• 2+ years writing test cases and supporting software testing best practices.
• Ability to triage and troubleshoot software configurations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, especially on video calls, Slack, and email.
• Familiarity with software delivery processes and eager to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and issue tickets with customers, vendors, and internal groups.
• Assist Technical Consultants with requirements gathering.
• Work with customers to collect configuration data from third-party vendors.
• Participate in customer and vendor meetings.
• Perform software configuration, testing, and readiness for training and launch.
• Track progress and escalate when needed.
• Document feedback to improve processes.
• Travel approximately 10–15% as required.
