Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting software implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, CS, or IT.
• Experience with troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Configure Alkami products and third‑party integrations per specs.
• Manage technical tasks and deliverables to meet timelines.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and analyze logs.
• Install, configure, and customize platform functionality.
• Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders.
• Test plans execution and validate configurations.
• Maintain implementation documentation.
