Qualifications

• 3+ years experience implementing cloud-based systems.
• 2-5 years experience interfacing with external clients.
• 2+ years experience writing test cases.
• Ability to triage and troubleshoot software configurations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and issue tickets, coordinating with teams.
• Assist Technical Consultants with requirements-gathering efforts.
• Perform software configuration and customizations.
• Track project configuration and testing progress.
• Become a subject matter expert for Alkami products.
