Job summary

ZAZZ is seeking a Technical Client Partner to blend deep technical expertise with client-facing leadership. You’ll manage senior client relationships, scope complex solutions, and guide engagements from discovery through delivery, while coordinating with engineers and project managers to ensure success across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• A technical foundation as a developer, solutions architect, or tech lead with hands-on software experience.
• Direct client-facing experience at a software development agency or consultancy.
• Comfort with revenue: experience carrying a target or growing accounts.
• Clear, confident communication and ability to discuss scope and price clearly.
• Experience working with US and/or Canadian clients and overlapping hours with US time zones.

Responsibilities

• Win new business from first call to signed contract, with discovery, solution, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Lead the technical conversations and recommend the right approach across mobile, web, integration, AI, or staff augmentation.
• Scope and price: collaborate with engineers on estimates, timelines and proposals; handle pricing discussions.
• Own selected client accounts as the main contact for scope, risks and delivery.
• Grow existing accounts by spotting upsell and expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
• Extend our reach by engaging US West Coast and Mountain time clients and supporting RFP responses.
