The candidate will work remotely within the USA, collaborating with delivery leaders to align on client outcomes, risk mitigation, and solution-driven growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare client-facing roles with progressive leadership.
• 8+ years in IT services sales roles with $3M+ annual targets.
• Strong project performance analysis and PowerPoint deck building.
• Experience organizing, analyzing and presenting data.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client relationships, engagement and implementation delivery.
• Achieve client retention and growth through organic growth, cross-sell and upsell.
• Deliver promised client outcomes as part of Genzeon's portfolio.
• Develop onboarding/implementation plans with success metrics.
• Build client presentations (QBRs, kickoffs, status meetings).
• Drive strategic and tactical account planning with delivery leaders.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and risks.
• Think strategically to identify optimization opportunities.
• Expand account penetration through solution-led sales.
