Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical programs
• Proven success coordinating multi-stakeholder tech initiatives
• Strong technical literacy with APIs and integration patterns
• Advanced Jira and Confluence proficiency
• Excellent communication bridging tech and business
• Leadership under shifting priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives from planning to delivery across squads
• Own logistics and milestone tracking for programs
• Organize and execute builds while maintaining momentum
