Qualifications

• At least five years in technical support, customer-success engineering, or SaaS operations.
• Full-stack development proficiency to build web-based applications across front-end and back-end.
• Strong expertise in API design and integration with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with MCP-based integrations or tools.
• Five+ years of SQL experience and data troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI tools and APIs to build client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical subject-matter expert for enterprise platforms during client launches and deployments.
• Lead implementation tasks with clients and resolve adoption blockers in real time.
• Develop and deliver technical training, docs, and configuration guides for client use cases.
• Write and maintain full-stack code for client customizations and internal automation tools.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues end-to-end.
