Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience across multiple domains.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor, capital equipment, or high-tech markets.
• Experience building customer relationships and driving growth initiatives.
• Ability to work across global teams, cultures, and geographies.
• Background in semiconductor, aerospace & defense, or complex electronics industries.
• Experience in semiconductor test, ATE, or adjacent equipment markets.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage key customer accounts across North America and Europe for semiconductor ATE solutions.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with semiconductor companies including IDMs, Fabless, OSAT.
• Drive early engagement for new platforms, upgrades, and technology transitions.
• Lead strategic business reviews, roadmap discussions, and executive briefings.
• Engage with foundries, OSATs, and technology partners to drive growth.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Applications Eng., and Product Management teams.
