Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in account management, customer relationship management, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and coordinate multiple account priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate quotations, pricing, and order progress across internal teams.
• Track account activity, open quotations, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Provide regular account reviews and escalate issues as needed.
