Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology related field; 2 years work experience.
• Proficient in eliciting and documenting functional, technical and performance requirements.
• Understanding of business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with varied audiences.
• Agile Framework knowledge or experience; part of a Scrum Team.
• Active Secret clearance (or higher); interim clearance acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support all project phases from inception through completion.
• Capture and translate high level functional, technical, and performance requirements into acceptance criteria for epics/user stories in Agile delivery.
• Document business value and technical requirements for data-related projects.
• Collaborate with developers, UX designers and testers to ensure understanding of functional requirements.
• Provide guidance to management and stakeholders to plan, define initiatives, and develop solutions.
• Manage multiple assignments and changing priorities with minimal oversight.
• Participate in Agile delivery meetings with the Agile team and program staff.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally with strong listening skills.
