Chelsea Search Group is seeking an experienced Technical Business Development Manager to bridge engineering and business development for semiconductor solutions. You will engage Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical markets, translating complex technical concepts into compelling opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineering, product development, and leadership to evaluate customer requirements and develop estimates for resources, effort, and costs, while supporting marketing activities and

Formación

BSEE/MSEE or equivalent.
3+ years in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
5+ years in the Semiconductor industry; advanced degrees count for fewer years.
Strong English oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills.
Experience with Mil-Aero and/or Industrial customers is a plus.
Proven ability to document technical requirements clearly.

Responsabilidades

Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
Develop long-term relationships with clients by understanding and interpreting their requirements.
Develop technical and cost proposals.
Make technical presentations showing how a product meets client needs.
Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Travel up to 30% and collaborate with sales and technical teams.
