Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in technical analysis and enterprise technology delivery.
• Hands-on FSM or mobile workforce management implementations.
• Experience integrating FSM with ERP, CRM, GIS, and OMS systems.
• Strong design, configuration, API, middleware, and data mapping skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end FSM and mobile workforce management implementations for utilities clients.
• Perform system configuration, technical design, integration mapping, and deployment activities.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications, configurations, and designs.
• Work with APIs, middleware, SQL, and data migrations to enable connectivity.
• Contribute to SIT/UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with PMs, architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
