Interra Health is seeking a Technical Account Specialist to provide frontline support for healthcare providers, physicians, and nurses. You will reduce friction in the prescribing process, enabling clinicians to devote more time to patient care while delivering timely resolutions with a customer-first mindset.

The role emphasizes problem solving, collaboration across teams, and meeting or exceeding client expectations in a fast-paced, remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Software or Technical field, or 2+ years of Software/IT Support in a customer-facing role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow or Zendesk for case management.
• Strong problem-solving, clear communication, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accept incoming phone support calls, emails, and inbound support cases.
• Gather information, request pertinent details, and assess issues.
• Use documentation and knowledge bases to resolve or escalate.
• Understand DoseSpot software applications via provided docs.
• Own client accounts to coordinate issue management and escalation.
