Job summary

Sino Biological is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to join our remote US-based team. This role focuses on managing customized services for U.S. customers, coordinating with sales, and ensuring successful project completion.

The position requires strong client relationship skills, ability to develop work plans with milestones, and willingness to travel up to 15%. You’ll work with internal resources to deliver projects and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred or equivalent Master’s in biology/biochemistry/pharmaceutical sciences or related life sciences field.
• Experience in protein biochemistry, antibody development, and immunology is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in project management and customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local sales representatives to promote and sell customized services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Work closely with clients to develop work plans, set milestones, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of final products and reports.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
