Job summary

SinoBiological is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to join our team. This remote role favors candidates located in or near Houston, TX, with an office presence and travel up to 15%.

The role focuses on managing customized services for U.S.-based customers, coordinating with sales, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related life sciences field.
• Training or experience in protein biochemistry, antibody development, and immunology is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in project management and customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local sales representatives to promote and sell customized services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Work closely with clients to develop work plans, set milestones, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of final products and reports.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
