Qualifications

• Master degree in life science fields (e.g., cell biology, immunology, molecular biology).
• English and Chinese fluency, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in a commercial role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical source for supporting sales activities in responsible regions.
• Manage daily customer service operations handling inquiries, orders, complaints, and technical support.
• Provide technical advice and translate customer requirements to fit business capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers, Production Managers, and Senior Scientists as a technical consultant.
• Attend workshops and industry events to stay current and enhance customer engagement.
