Job summary

Sino Biological, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Technical Account Manager to oversee customized services for U.S.-based customers. This fully remote role requires coordinating with local sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery with about 15% travel.

You will develop work plans, set milestones, document projects, and work closely with biology teams. A PhD is preferred or a Master’s in a related field; strong customer-facing and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• PhD preferred or Master’s degree in biology or related life sciences.
• Experience in protein biochemistry, antibody development, and immunology is desirable.
• Prior project management and customer-facing experience a plus.
• Understanding of biologic research, drug discovery, and related technologies is valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local sales representatives to promote and sell customized services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Work closely with clients to develop work plans, set milestones, and monitor progress.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of final products and reports.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
