Qualifications

• Master degree preferred in cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, or peptide therapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers.
• Analyze customers’ needs and resolve troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain communication with customers and facilitate technical support.
• Organize and provide training for sales and external distributors.
• Demonstrate technical expertise at trade shows.
