Qualificações

• Solid technical background with a Master’s degree in life sciences (e.g., cell biology, immunology, molecular biology).
• Experience in a commercial role is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent English and Chinese communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Take full charge of daily customer service operations supporting sales in the region.
• Provide technical advice and translate customer requirements into feasible solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Senior Scientists to improve customer satisfaction.
• Attend educational workshops and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.
• Present at trade shows and technical events to customers.
