Job summary

Comet is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical and strategic partner for customers post‑sale. This hybrid NA-based role blends deep AI/ML expertise with Customer Success ownership to onboard, enable, and expand customer usage of the Comet platform.

You will own a portfolio of global accounts, drive onboarding, and act as a trusted advisor across Sales, Engineering, Deployment, and Product teams while enabling agents and multi‑agent AI workflows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in AI/ML customer-facing roles.
• Experience with onboarding and enablement of customers.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of global accounts post-sale.
• Lead customer onboarding and enablement.
• Drive value and renewals with customers.
• Understand client use cases for agentic AI.
• Lead technical enablement sessions using the Comet platform.
• Troubleshoot issues and integrate with Python SDK.
• Demonstrate integrations with ML tools.
• Identify expansion opportunities via health analytics.
• Support renewal conversations with Sales.
