Job summary

Axiom is seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to advise top tech clients on a broad range of agreements, with options for remote or onsite work. You will handle complex technology deals with business pragmatism and integrity, delivering practical solutions in fast‑moving environments.

This role emphasizes collaboration with internal partners, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and experience in in‑house environments to support global tech transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience, preferably in-house.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology contracts with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working in-house for a technology company or with tech-industry clients.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients directly on a wide variety of technology transactions and related business advice.
• Handle complex technology transactions autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal business partners across client teams on large tech deals.
