Job summary

Axiom is seeking an experienced attorney to support a technology client, split between real estate transactional matters and procurement for real estate projects. The role involves negotiating and drafting leases, sale/purchase agreements, and supplier contracts, with cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.

The candidate will advise on land use, permits, and various real estate‑related issues, including construction and services agreements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in real estate and procurement
• Active membership in the California Bar
• Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft office and retail leases and purchase and sale agreements in the United States and beyond
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal departments on real estate transactions
• Advise on land use, permits, and real estate matters including M&A-related issues
• Draft construction, architect, professional services, and goods & services agreements
• Counsel on supplier contracts issues
