Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial contracting experience focused on cloud or SaaS agreements.
• Experience supporting GTM teams and partnering with sales on complex commercial transactions.
• Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and demanding customers.
• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and structuring complex cloud services, SaaS, and technology agreements with strategic enterprise customers.
• Providing practical legal and commercial guidance to support fast-moving sales transactions.
• Partnering with sales and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate commercially significant deals while addressing legal and compliance considerations.
