Job summary

Axiom is seeking Technology Transactions Attorneys to work with top tech clients in San Francisco. You will advise corporate teams on a broad range of technology agreements, from SaaS to licensing and hardware, and provide pragmatic, business‑oriented legal guidance from product development through launch.

The role emphasizes autonomous handling of complex deals, collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Engineering and Product Management, and building consensus across functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of significant technology transaction experience.
• Experience with SaaS, licensing, hardware transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology contracts.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients on a wide variety of technology transactions.
• Handle complex technology transactions autonomously.
• Provide legal advice to R&D, Marketing, Engineering and Product teams from development to launch.
• Support business teams by building consensus on projects from design to launch.
• Review global products, features, and platforms to mitigate legal risk.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners on complex deals worldwide.
