Remotebase is expanding its global talent acquisition team and seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake and sourcing to interviews and offers—partnering with founders to shape ICPs for software, AI/ML, and DevOps roles.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or technical recruitment.
• Proven track record sourcing for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Product, or DevOps.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, and Boolean search.
• Solid understanding of modern software roles and tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screenings, interview coordination, and offers.
• Consult with hiring managers and founders to define ICPs and roles.
• Proactively identify passive candidates using sourcing tools and networks.
• Draft outreach sequences and run A/B tests to improve response rates.
• Screen for technical fit, motivation, and compensation expectations.
• Guide candidates through interview stages and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and present weekly metrics.
