We are seeking a recruiter who can run structured intake meetings, own technical roles from search to offer, headhunt engineers, discuss technology stacks with candidates, coach leaders on interview design, and

Qualifications

• Experience hiring technical talent to a high bar across software engineering, AI and machine learning, infrastructure, or data.
• Evidence of using AI to improve recruiting, with an informed view of its strengths and limitations.
• Form well-reasoned opinions while remaining open to evidence.
• Stay composed amid ambiguity and bring order to new clients, absent processes, and high expectations.
• Communicate using logic and data, including when hiring managers disagree.
• Demonstrate ongoing curiosity and a drive to improve.

Responsibilities

• Run structured, detailed intake meetings.
• Own technical roles from search strategy through offer, working within the client's team and systems.
• Headhunt engineers who are not actively looking, using agents to expand reach while applying personal judgment to candidate selection and outreach.
• Build technical credibility to discuss technology stacks, architecture, and engineering problems with candidates.
• Coach hiring managers, founders, and CTOs on calibration, interview design, and feedback.
• Build hiring foundations with enough structure and process to maintain pace.
• Report honestly on pipeline health, process effectiveness, candidate drop-off, and corrective actions.
• Use AI agents and build and develop individual agents.
