Motorola Solutions seeks a Technical Flex Support Specialist to provide post-sales support for the MSI Flex CAD solution on Windows and Linux. You will troubleshoot issues, configure devices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high user satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on technical support experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, ITIL familiarity, and the ability to handle on-call rotations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years in technical support.
• Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first- and second-level technical support via multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for Windows/Linux environments.
• Configure and maintain end-user devices (desktop, laptop, mobile).
• Install, configure and support various software applications.
• Assist with network diagnostics and basic connectivity issues.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation for common issues.
