Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with desktop computer system.
• Proven oral & written communication skills.
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software, and computer terminology.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers.
• Support client-specific high-speed internet services delivering a great customer experience.
• Resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution for client service and/or device-specific issues including connectivity.
• Assist customers with OS, PC, and browser configuration related to internet service.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and ability to resolve customer issues on first contact.
• Open and manage trouble ticket system for user issues, Data Network, OS issues.
• Remain patient, courteous and professional with customers at all times.
