Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a dependable Remote Technical Support / Equipment Coordinator to assist with equipment requests, basic tech support, and inventory management. You will coordinate setup, delivery, tracking, and replacement of company devices while following security procedures.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-friendly, and able to troubleshoot common issues from a home office. Strong written and verbal communication, and a reliable internet connection are essential for this

Formación

• Basic knowledge of computers and common office technology.
• Comfortable working with laptops, monitors, headsets, printers, and related equipment.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote workspace.
• Ability to handle company equipment responsibly.
• Previous technical-support, IT, administrative, or inventory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist employees with basic computer, software, and equipment-related issues.
• Coordinate the setup, delivery, return, and tracking of company equipment.
• Maintain accurate equipment and inventory records.
• Help configure laptops, monitors, headsets, printers, and other approved devices.
