Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist to support billing operations, payment tracking, and client inquiries from a fully remote setup. Responsibilities include processing invoices, monitoring payments, and maintaining accurate account records while ensuring confidentiality of financial data.

The ideal candidate will be adept at handling invoices, using spreadsheets and financial software, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial software.
• Basic understanding of invoices, payments, and accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and on schedule.

• Maintain accurate billing and account records.
