Job summary

Torsap Thai Kitchen is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first line of help for staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and ensuring secure operations. You’ll assist with onboarding, maintain devices, and document processes to improve support efficiency.

Ideal candidates have an associate's or bachelor's degree in IT or CS and 1–3 years in desktop support, with experience in Windows and macOS, basic networking, and ticketing systems like Zendesk or Freshdesk.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 1-3 years of hands-on experience in desktop support/helpdesk roles.
• Experience configuring/troubleshooting Windows OS, macOS, and mobile OS (iOS/Android).
• Familiar with Zendesk or Freshdesk ticketing and remote support tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing system, email, or in-person.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email setups, and access rights in platforms like Active Directory or Microsoft 365.
• Support local network infrastructure and run regular security checks and updates to protect data.
• Maintain technical documentation, hardware inventory, and track issues to resolution in helpdesk software.
• Guide new hires on technology tools and provide basic IT orientation.
