Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a Technology Technical Support Specialist to be a primary contact for clients, resolving technical inquiries with speed and professionalism. You will handle inbound and outbound communications using web-based tools to deliver a seamless customer experience in a high-velocity environment.

This role supports clients of high-speed internet services, requires strong communication skills, technical troubleshooting ability, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Over 18 years of age
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral & written communication skills
• Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, software, and computer terminology
• Demonstrated problem solving skills; ability to work independently and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Provide front line, first level, technical assistance for consumers
• Support Client specific high speed internet services delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Resolve technical problems in a fast paced, customer facing environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues including internet connectivity and device-specific problems
• Open and manage trouble tickets for user issues, data network, OS issues
• Be patient, courteous and friendly with customers at all times
• Adhere to work schedules and TP policies
