Job summary

Ten4 is seeking a Technology Sourcing Specialist to work remotely in the United States. The role focuses on confirming customer requirements, managing sourcing requests end-to-end, and negotiating pricing with carriers and technology providers.

You will collaborate with Sales and Account Management to meet timelines and drive cost-efficient solutions. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in telecom order management or related fields, strong problem-solving, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in telecom order management, technology quoting, carrier sales, or related job.
• Experience with pricing, contracts, and provider relationships is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm customer requirements for each sourcing request with Sales, Account Management, and customers.
• Own each sourcing request from intake through handoff and follow up with providers to meet timelines.
• Negotiate competitive rates and terms with carriers and providers to identify solutions.
• Build strong relationships with carriers and technology partners to improve pricing and options.
• Identify and implement internal process improvements to speed up sourcing and quoting.
