Employee Relations Associates, Inc. is seeking a driven technology sales professional to grow new business across custom software development, AI, data engineering, cloud, and managed technology services.

This remote, Atlanta-based role rewards pipeline development and close collaboration with technology and business leaders. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in tech sales, experience with Snowflake preferred, and a track record of prospecting, discovery, and presenting solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years+ of professional technology sales experience.
• Snowflake experience is highly preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest in technology, data, cloud, and digital engineering solutions.
• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with business and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and other outbound channels.
• Identify opportunities in custom software development, AI, data engineering, cloud, digital commerce, and managed technology services.
• Build relationships with technology and business leaders, including CIOs/CTOs and other executives.
• Conduct discovery to understand client challenges and business objectives.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to develop solutions, proposals, and presentations.
• Manage opportunities through the sales cycle, from outreach to contract execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline stages, next steps, and forecasts.
• Develop understanding of data, cloud, and digital engineering solutions and their business value.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for pipeline development.
