Job summary

AAlusion is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities remotely. The role requires managing complex organizations, contacting decision makers, and applying a hunter mentality to close profitable deals across targeted industries.

The candidate will conduct remote interfacing with customers and strategic in-person calls when needed, leveraging technology and strong leadership to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience.
• 5+ years in technical sales and consultative problem solving.
• Ability to understand spring terminology, drawings and specifications.
• CRM platform knowledge preferred.
• Strong PC aptitude in Windows and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (or combination of education/experience).

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads and secure new business.
• Research and qualify new opportunities within target industries using LinkedIn and databases.
• Drive product awareness through digital presence and customer site visits; secure orders.
• Expand relevance of FMC Industrial at assigned accounts and product lines.
• Document and secure new business and achieve sales and profit targets.
• Promote Barnes Group values and perform duties as directed by management.
