The role emphasizes proactive outreach, presentations to prospects, and closing deals with a focus on achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. This is a remote position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing recommendations.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
